Account Manager Responsibilities and Guidelines

Maintenance Responsibilities

In addition to our Terms of Service, please read these maintenance and guideline responsibilities as failure to follow them may result in your termination as an Account Manager.   Detailed instructions on how to achieve each of these tasks are on the Account Manager page.
  • Respond to your account messages. These include flags, new videos, corrections, and miscellaneous correspondence that users or admins may send to you.  
  • Maintain initial promotional correspondence with new account advertisers utilizing our easy 'point and click' mechanism.
  • Approve Submited Account Holder Ads.  
  • Attempt to contact the owner of any new unclaimed videos posted to your Accounts
  • Please check these guidelines often as they are subject to change as we adapt and grow.

Guidelines for adding a new Account

Please read the points below before adding a new account.   Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the loss of the account for you, and its associated financial benefits.   Flagrant or repeated failure will result in all your accounts being reassigned, your access being suspended from this website, and any monies that would have been paid to you as the account manager will be forfeited.   Alternatively, we intend to reward the people who follow the guidelines the best.
  • The Account must follow the theme of this website.   It must conform to our categories of: "Places to Stay", "Restaurants", or "Things to Do".  
  • New Accounts must be available.   You must always check to see if there is a duplicate existing public listing for the account you want to add.   It will not be approved (added to our database) if it is a duplicate.   We are not responsible for inaccurate search results due to bad data entries by other Account Managers.   It is always best to do a double check.  
  • The Account must be opened with at least one qualified video (please see our video guidelines below).  
  • DATA MUST BE ACCURATE.   Your Travel Videos will not survive with wholesale faulty data.   Account managers must enter accurate and complete (within reason) data for each new account, including precise GPS coordinates
  • Find and enter Additional Resources, and for "Things to Do" accounts select keywords that are applicable to that account.  
  • Attempt to contact the owner of the videos that you post

Guidelines for qualifying videos

  • Video must have informational value.
  • Video must be unique for that Account. You may add the same video to another Account if it is relevant to multiple accounts.
  • Video must be "G-Rated". We know some of the videos have profanity. Please note profanity in the video description.
  • Video descriptions should be accurate. Your descriptions should be short and concise. Common words include: "narrated", "slideshow", "commercial", "tour", "suite", "exterior", "interior", "drinks", "food", "grounds", etc... More Examples
